About

Photography for memories and emotions

My journey began with cheap 126 Instamatic cartridges, wandered through 110 and 35mm film on an old fully manual camera, and eventually arrived in the less poetic but more versatile digital realm. I believe memories and emotions deserve to be preserved. From silver halides to bits and pixels, I’ve always sought to capture precious moments in the endless river of time.

What I love:
Boxes of old photographs.
Those who shoot first and foremost for themselves.

The clarity of a lens’s glass.
Those who dare, using the gear they’ve got.

What I hate:
People who shoot with Instagram in mind.
Those who don’t back up their photos.
Anyone who thinks the camera makes the photographer.
Fingerprints on the lens.
Those who believe there’s no difference between a phone screen and a real camera
